Lay away terms:

30% deposit to start lay away

Buyer and I agree on length of lay away, 30, 60 days, etc.

15% restocking fee should a lay away item be returned

Failure to complete lay away penalty is loss of 30% deposit (I am flexible and will work with you to complete it, never had an uncompleted lay away)
