WWII helmet chinstrap, unissued. These are RB numbered late
war (1943-45) original unused chinstraps in excellent
condition. All complete with both pieces and also the stud
pins. Metal is the later style unpainted steel. The metal
may have some rust, but nothing bad. I have a few of them,
all the same maker. Great if you want to complete a helmet.

3.WW2
German army/waffen-SS/Luftwaffe MG34/42 Gurtsack 36. These
were used primarily on panzer's on the turret mounted
maqchine gun. These held a 50 round ammunition belt and
could be used to catch the empties when they themselves were
empty. Made of a heavy blue canvas, re-inforced on the sides
and has a leather bottom. Webbing strap for carrying and
metal top closure with leather strap. Hinged lid has metal
hooks on the back to attached to a rim. Couple small surface
oxidation spots to the metal, but excellent overall. No
markings I can find. Very scarce Panzer/machine gun
accessory. $950

4.German
ww2 tropical version of the S.F. 14 Z. Gi. rabbit ear style
rangefinder optic, used by artillery units. Maker is "bmj",
which is M.Hensoldt u. Sohne Werk für optic, Wetzlar.
Has the wooden and metal backpack style carrier with all web
strapping and sand yellow type color. Interior has provision
for other accessories and is custom fit for the optics. One
accessory is with it, which is the "baumschrauben" or tree
screw. I think this was so you could mount it anywhere to
wood, if the tripod was not available. Case has one small
brake in the wood, but is very, very sturdy. The optic
itself has a range gradiant (grid) in the right lens. It is
in very nice condition, with mostly all (98%) of it's paint.
The lenses are nice and clear and it's easy to read the
range grid. Overall example is in excellent, used condition,
in all tropical paint with web straps to the carrier.
Scarce. $2499

5.German
WWII MP38/40 pair of blue canvas ammo pouches, 1941 dated.
Though they are slightly mismatched as to the maker, they
have quite possibley always been together, as the excellent
+ condition of both leads me to believe. Also, all the mags
and loader with them may also be original to them, as they
are dated 1941 and nearly all match by maker. As far as the
condition, it's the best pair of blue pouches I have ever
seen. The only detraction is one has a small repair (very
hard to notice) to the leather piece that holds the corner
"D" ring. The right side pouch has faint purple ink
stampings for the waffenampt, maker and the "MP38 u. 40"
across the top, with another stamp "505" under the flap, on
the front. The left (loader) side pouch is maker
marked/dated (gmn 41) and waffenampted on the belt loop.
There is a faint white stamp across the top for the "MP38 u.
40". The mags and loader are mostly stamped "98E 41" and
also waffenampted, except for one, which is an "fxo 41".
Overall rare set in outstanding condition. $3500 (I don't
want to sell them without the mags/loader, but for overseas
customers I will for $3000)

6.German WWII MP 38 & 40 unissued pair of ammo pouches by "clg". Textbook example in the oatmeal colored canvas material, leather has standard markings for this maker- "clg 43", "MP 38 u. 40" and waffenampted "WaA866". The code "clg" stands for Ernst Melzig, of Leignitz. Leather appears to just have storage wear and a place wear a price sticker was, but no real damage (one small crack in one strap is only on the surface). There is evidence that the right side pouch (non loader side) had the leather on the back sewn on wrong at one time and was factory corrected. (I can see small needle holes (see photo), but the sewing on the straps is factory done. Very nice example, very clean. Great for a later wartime combat mannequin. $1600

7.Italian
WWII Regio Esercito army low combat boots in unissued
condition. Absolutely beautiful pair, still soft and supple
and never worn. Size is really nice, about a 10 1/2 or 11
US! The bottom of the sole measures a little over 12". The
metal grommets for the eyelets look to be gone, probably
rusted away. The size is marked "29" on the bottom and
inside. It's also maker marked on the bottom, to a maker in
Firenze. One boot has 2 rows of replaced nails. Really
nothing big, otherwise perfect. Laces are a replacement.
These are in such beautiful condition that you could wear
them. The craftsmanship is outstanding. $799

8.German WWII Army/Waffen-SS
issue cavalry riding boots. Hard to find pair of the
regulation, government issue style. Pair was found together
and has always been together but is mismatched. One boot is
taller than the other. Wear patterns and looking at the
bottoms and the actual foot part, you can tell they were
worn as a pair. The taller one is 1 1/4" higher. I can't
make out the size, but they are each 12 1/4" long on the
bottom (they are fairly big, I would say about a 11 or 11
1/2 US) Decent set that boots good together on a mannequin,
I had no problem using them. $420

parachute with original outer pack, inner pack, static line
and carry/storage bag. Really nice original example, nearly
complete except for harness and risers. Silk camoflage chute
is undamaged and has never been repaired in any way,
complete with all 28 panels. Chute lines look full length.
Chute has always been together as both packs have the same
serial number, so it's a set. Condition is excellent+. Outer
wicker storage bag is in really nice condtion. I would have
to say that this is an outstanding example and would be
great for a paratroop display or mannequin. Choice! $2499

Pre-WWII jackboots. These are a scarce early pair, dated
1926. Slightly different from the later boots, as they have
a taller shaft and look more like a riding boot. They are
size marked in the earlier style and the date is inside each
shaft "1926". Heel irons are present and are size marked,
toe taps are there also. I am not sure of the US size os the
boots, but the bottom of the sole measures 10 3/4" long.
Used, but not abused. One sole has a period company tailor's
repair. Nice example $245

surface oxidation on a couple of the other parts, the
a-frame is very nice. It has no repairs and is in it's

is not detractive. These are the variation with the extra
leather at the top. The soles have a lot of the original

28.German WW2 army gebirgsjäger (mountain troops) climbing shoes. These came with the above Hut shoes. Again, first pair I have ever seen. Both pairs are described on page 154 of "Uniforms and Traditions of the German Army" vol 1. I think these are for serious mountain climbing when you need to go up sheer cliff faces. They are padded with thick felt on the bottom and allow your foot to bend and hold onto rocks much better than the clumsy but sturdy mountain boot. The lower part is leather, the uppers are canvas. Interior is marked for the size "28 5" and also the depot "Mü." for Münich and "39" for 1939. US size is about a 10 1/2 or 11. Laces did not come with them, I added them. 31.German
WW2 wehrmacht pioneer assault pouches. Great original hard
to find pouches of canvas and web, worn on the belt and take
the place of the K98 ammo pouches, gas mask container, etc.
The left holds two, three kg, explosive charges the right
side pack holds one, three kg explosive charge and the gas
mask. These assault packs together with the special backpack
were only issued to one in five engineers. The small snap
close pouches on each one held the K98 ammo. Both are
unissued and near mint. The right pouch is unmarked, or they
have faded, but the snaps are Prym 6. The left pouch is
maker marked under the flap "Wirtschaftsamt Litzmannstadt"
and possible RB number and dated 1942. There is a second
later stamp, dated 1947, which I believe is a post-war Czech
army stamp. (They used German equipment for while after the
war.) The pair is really nice and a great set if you want to
create a combat engineer. They are missing the strap that
goes between them, but seem complete otherwise. Outstanding,

34. German 1920s or 30s private purchase wickel gamaschen as worn during the Reichsheer period. These were worn in the field with lace-up low boots. Mountain troops General Dietl is seen wearing the Reichsheer model and not the Gebirgsjäger model, which is shorter. This pair is 225cm (about 88") long and has ties on the end to secure them. They have a leather reinforcement strip imprinted with the maker "Hermann ...... München". That's about as much as I can make out. The material is gray wool with very thin red and blue stripes repeating every few cm. They are wide in the center with a curve (they are not straight). The starter ends have standard hooks you would see on uniform collars. The strap ends have thin ties like at the bottom of keilhose. The wool color is perfect to be used by the military, as the Imperial uniform and the Reichswehr era pants AND early Third Reich era Wehrmacht, up until 1940, were stone gray. Condition is excellent. Great uniform accessory. $275

The interior re-inforcement leather and the outer bolt cut out leather are blue. All 3 sides (front, rear and side edge) are re-inforced with thick horse hair pads. 43. German WW2 M37 army, luftwaffe, waffen-ss issue low, lace-up combat boots. Standard textbook variety worn by most of the German forces at the end of WW2. This is a salty pair of combat veterans that has definitely "been there". They are in overall well worn condition, complete and would work well with a combat mannequin. The soles have the heel pad and front pad replaced with rubber, probably at the company cobbler. The left boot has had the toe tap put over a hole in the sole? The right side of both boots needs to be resewn where the vamp meets the front/toe area. Even with these problems, the boots will still work well with a display and are original. Interior is lamb's wool lined and unit marked "J.-Fl.-Schule Werneuchen", LBAB 37, "1937" and the size "9". Also, the manufacturer is still pretty legible "Richard Ebakircher". Decent use example in a good large size. SOLD

46.German WWII Kriegsmarine enlisted gold buckle with belt. Classic aluminum R.S.& S. manufactured example. This one was denazified, then a collector who found it tried to re-embelish the swastica a little bit, and it actually doesn't look that bad, especially if you don't want to pay top $$. R.S& S. logo is clear on back. The leather tab was added and is not original to it. Overall, I would call it very good. Still has a nice light gold color all over. Has some wear to the eagle's detail. Belt is maker marked and dated 1939. It's 38" long in total. Great example at a very reasonable price, perfect to finish a mannequin or KM display. $399

47. German army WW2 skis, poles and boots. Nice example of the "issue" type skis and poles used by mountain troops, ski jäger and other troops. The boots, to me, look private purchase, though they are size marked correctly for German WW2 military shoes. Company manufacturing the skis is "Geze" a know maker of issue skis. Also comes with ski skins, various binding parts and a replacement metal end in case a tip gets broken. Really nice set that you don't see very often. Scarce! SOLD

48.German
WWII Tragegestell 43 metal frame heavy load backpack. These
were desinged for carrying MG 34/42 ammo boxes, mortars, and
varios heavy loads. This is a nice standard example with the
"bvk 1944" maker and date stamp, along with the waffenampt.
A little light, but they are still mostly legible. This
example is 100% complete with all 3 horizontal load tie-down
straps and the single verticle load strap. The metal ends
are "lux" marked, for the manufacturer. The metal frame
still has much of the paint on it. Some of the metal
hardware pieces have a little rust, but most are very nice.
One end of one horizontal load strap has a weak end, but is
still hanging on. Overall a really nice, complete example of
this hard to find pack. $1330

49.German
WWII luftwaffe brown, light load, LBA marked Y-straps.
Perfect for fallschirmjäger or Luftwaffe felddivision
soldiers. They are maker marked, 1939 dated and LBA marked.
The metal hooks are the earlier aluminum variety. They have
normal wear and I would consider them near excellent. The
backstrap is missing a couple threads at the ring area, but
is very solid. Very scarce set of early Luftwaffe y-straps
in brown! $400 SOLD
